China's National Computer Virus Emergency Response Center on Monday released its latest report on Volt Typhoon, once again exposing cyber espionage and disinformation operations conducted by US government agencies, including a US cyber weapon that can mislead investigation and frame other countries for its own cyber espionage activities.

Global exhibitors and buyers are hailing the role of the Canton Fair in boosting international trade, saying that the flagship event is irreplaceable and enables enterprises to meet global customers, while providing buyers with an efficient platform to purchase global products.

Since the US Department of Justice launched the "China Initiative" in 2018, the investigation and prosecution of Chinese scientists has been controversial. Peter Zeidenberg, an attorney who has represented many Chinese Americans in these cases, told the Global Times in an interview that there is insufficient evidence and the legal theory which the US government was proceeding on has been found by one court after another to be lacking in merit.
