A seminar for Chinese TV series The City of Sunlight was recently held in Beijing. On the basis of appreciating the beauty of the scenery, "We discover the beauty of lifestyles and human nature, and more closely integrate film and television with culture and tourism."

"There are many worthy characters and stories waiting for creators to discover," said screenwriter Yu Xiaoqian about the TV series. Actor Zhou You, who plays Suolang in the series, said that in order to play the role well, he "entrusted himself to Xizang" and joined the cast in advance to learn the language and experience its life, striving to present the true nature of the character.
