We do not answer hypothetical questions, Chinese FM spokesperson Mao Ning said on Thursday in response to media inquiries about how will China respond to Trump's claim about blanket tariffs on goods from China.
"But broadly speaking, let me reiterate that there is no winner in a trade war, nor will the world benefit from it," Mao said.
