The solo exhibition of young painter Wu Shuang, titled "Flowers Bloom in Streets - Exhibition of Wu Shuang's Paintings," has recently opened at the Guan Shanyue Art Museum in Shenzhen, South China's Guangdong Province.

The exhibition is divided into three sections: "Blossoming Diversity," "Blue Serenade," and "Ink Recollections," showcasing nearly 100 ink and oil paintings created by Wu in recent years. The works reflect her profound insights into life and nature. The exhibition features many new works. In the "Blossoming Diversity" section, the acrylic painting "Tribute to Shenzhen" uses vibrant colors to express admiration for the city of Shenzhen, while "Butterfly Loves Flower" depicts harmonious scenes between humans and nature with soft brushstrokes.

In the "Blue Serenade" section, "Spring Green" conveys the vitality of spring through delicate layers of color, and "Yellow Blossoms Beneath Purple Skies" portrays the poetic tension of nature with free-spirited strokes. The "Ink Recollections" section features "Spring Light in the Fields," which captures resilient vitality with dynamic brushwork, and "Spring in Full Bloom," which uses gentle tones to evoke the exuberance of spring.

Xu Lian, vice president of the China National Academy of Painting, praised Wu's works for "capturing the beauty of nature with profound emotional resonance." Yan Ping, vice chair of the 9th China Artists Association, remarked that Wu's art balances freedom with rigor, revealing the emotions and thoughts of a young artist.

Wu stated that her art aims to create emotional connections through color and nature, driven by sincerity and passion in each piece. Over the years, her solo exhibitions have been held in Nanjing, Beijing, Zhengzhou, Macao, and other cities. This exhibition runs until January 5, 2025.
