This innovative solution achieves a ground-breaking new housing typology without increasing construction costs, challenging conventional residential development paradigms. It blends modern villa comfort with the traditional charm of courtyard living, offering a smart, authentic cultural experience.

The public elevator personal-use technology and the innovative spatial configuration, now granted a utility model patent by the National Intellectual Property Administration, emerged from Han's five years of dedicated research. Applied successfully in Lutai Shangyuan, the system synthesizes contemporary convenience with vernacular courtyard living principles. Through intelligent control systems, time-based access protocols for shared elevators was implemented, enabling private mode transitions. This ensures optimal privacy and exclusivity, with the elevator responding to user commands for direct courtyard access. The seamless entry system exemplifies the integration of technology with residential architecture. Residents experience a fluid transition from urban streets to private courtyards, where they can engage in traditional activities despite living in a high-density urban area.

Through rigorous market analysis, Han observed that excessive floor area ratios often compromise spatial quality, making affordable, high-quality housing increasingly scarce. His response focuses on delivering premium residential experiences within reasonable cost parameters. In Shanxi's developing urban centers, Han implements technological solutions that preserve courtyard traditions while enabling efficient space utilization through digital management systems, allowing residents to embrace both modern conveniences and traditional community living patterns.
