Chinese online literature platform Yuewen hosted a music festival from December 29 to 31 in Singapore to welcome 2025, showcasing various cultural elements.

When the clock’s hands steadily approached the midnight hour of January 1, a remarkable spectacle unfolded. More than a thousand drones soared into the air, choreographing a symphony of lights and patterns across the night sky.

The display of drones and dazzling fireworks, inspired by popular Chinese online literature intellectual properties (IPs), captured the audience’s attention.

DJ Wukong, known for his unique blend of eastern and electronic music, took center stage to perform a meticulously crafted remix of the theme song from The King’s Avatar. This electrifying performance set the tone for the highly anticipated countdown to 2025.

The three-day event has proven to be a vibrant melting pot of talent, spotlighting renowned artists and pop singers from all corners of Asia and beyond. On the first day, singers attracted vast legion of fans through a succession of highly engaging performances as they connected to the audience with a captivating performance. On December 29, the second day of the event, other musicians swept the audience off their feet with their chart-toppers and an electrically charged stage presence.

In addition to the music festival, Yuewen has been actively engaged in various events to promote its IPs in Singapore. Earlier in 2024, the Yuewen Global IP Awards was held in Singapore, hosting over 600 stars, writers and global entertainment executives.
